- As per the DG Circular No. 04 of 2018 dated 23.01.2018 that all students mark their attendance through bio-metric system.
- Course timing for Bio-Metric is 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- The candidates are requested to ensure and finalize their program before booking a course.
- If a candidate does not undertake course on the booked date then his seat stands cancel and he/she will not be entitled for any refund.
- Candidate reporting late will not be admitted for the course and his admission to course stands cancel. He / She will not be entitled for any refund.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded, transferred to other course or other candidate

Cancellation Policy
- A deduction of Rs 100 (One Hundred Only) is applicable for cancellation made 30 days prior of commencement of the course.
- A deduction of 10% of the fees is applicable for cancellation made 7 working days prior of commence of the course.
- No refund is made if the above is not followed.
- Course cancellation request has to be put in writing with reason of cancellation to the management. Approval of the cancellation is at the discretion of management.
- No refunds will be processed without original receipts.
- Cancellation will only be processed after full payment only.
- The information provided to BPMA while booking courses will be exclusively for academy use only. It will not be shared / given to anybody else.
- I hear by declare that for any refund/cancellation i will contact institute only.
- Candidate can reschedule his course up to to 2 times only & once he/she opted rescheduling he/she is no more entitled for cancellation.
- Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction
- Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment
- Course fee will be decided on booking date & time
- Institute reserves the right to change the course fee at any juncture without any prior notice to candidates
- Cancellation & Certificate issue can only be processed after full payment of balance fees on receipt
- After postpone/prepone of course cancellation is not permitted
- Reporting time (at respective course centre) : between 9am to 9.30am
- Uploading names on DGS site*(only for post sea courses): 9.30am to 9.45am
- failing to attend the courses as per the above schedule may result in cancellation of candidature for the respective course
