TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Institute is entitled to cancel the course at any juncture due to internal, technical and due to insufficient strength of the course
  2. While inside the premises take care of your personal belongings, the management will not be responsible for any loss
  3. Prepone and Postpone can be done only once and 100 Rs charge will be applicable. cancellation of course cannot be Possible after Prepone OR postpone of course. For Prepone/postpone course mail postpone.bpmarine@gmail.com
  4. Prepone and Postpone can be done through our website or through email to postpone.bpmarine@gmail.com.
  5. In case a candidate wants to shift to a batch having a higher course fees batch, then the difference in fees also has to be paid
  6. Duplicate receipts will be issued by remitting Rs.100 per receipt.
  7. Transaction service charges would not be refunded under any circumstances for any refund reasons
  8. Institute reserves the right to change the course fee at any juncture without any prior notice to candidates
  9. Refund amount will be issued to candidate by crossed cheque. Same has to be collected by the candidate within 1 month
  10. CDC booking fees and Medical booking once fees paid will not be cancel/refunded.
  11. Please read the eligibility criteria carefully before booking the course. there shall be no refund or cancellation of course booked 48 hrs of commencement of the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. A deduction of Rs 10% is applicable for cancellation made 30 days prior of commencement of the course AND A deduction of 25% of the fees is applicable for cancellation made 7 working days prior of commence of the course
  2. Within 48 hrs. of commencement of course-no refund and no shifting, the fees paid shall be forfeited. Any course that is shifted is not eligible for cancellation. In case of withdrawal for a shifted course, the fees would be forfeited
  3. Cancellation will only be processed after full payment only
  4. Course cancellation request has to be put in writing with reason of cancellation to the management through the email. Approval of the cancellation is at the discretion of management.
  5. No refund is made if the above is not followed/No refunds will be processed without original receipts.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Reporting time is 8:50 am at Belapur Campus for all the courses except PSCRB RF, Part B Pscrb Rf, PST RF & Part B PST Rf to report at 8:50 am @ Panvel Railway Station (Our bus will be awaiting near Panvel west circle to escort to Panvel Campus). Bring your own towels and swimming trunks (nylon swimming suit).
  2. CAS Attendance is mandatory. Enrollment for CAS Attendance should be done at the start of the course before 9:15 am.
  3. Candidate reporting late will not admitted for the course and he/she will not be entitled for refund.
  4. Before course start date candidate`s Indos profile must be updated as per DGS guidelines (for eg. Candidate name, mobile no. email id, photo and signature, etc.). If the profile not updated then he/she will not be able to attend the class. Institute reserves the rights to postpone the course to next available batch.
  5. Once you passed the exit exam and E-learning completion then fill certificate generation form on BP MARINE web site or alternatively email to bpmarine.academy@gmail.com or call our helpline no.022-69195959
  6. After certificate generation it will take two working days to upload your certificate on DGS portal INDOS/COP CHECKER, MASTER CHECKER option. For further certificate query contact on 022-69195959
